The Board of Directors of Sentoria is pleased to announce that Sentoria, has on 8 October 2015, acquired 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Ataria Leisure International Sdn. Bhd. ("ALISB{"), representing 100% of the issued and paid-up capital of ALISB for a total cash consideration of RM2.00 only, resulting in ALISB becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

ALISB was incorporated on 23 September 2015 and its authorised share capital is RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. ALISB is currently dormant and its intended principal activities are as leisure & hospitality operator. 

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Sentoria and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct and indirect in the above acquisition.
