The Board of Directors of Sentoria is pleased to announce that Sentoria Utara Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1114233-A) ("SUSB"), a 75% owned subsidiary of the Company has on 6th January 2016, signed a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Sejati Pertiwi Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Winasas Sdn. Bhd.) (Company No. 962264-P) ("SPSB") for the purpose of undertaking the development of all that piece of freehold land held under H.S.(D) 130879, PT 67088, Bandar Amanjaya, Daerah Kuala Muda, Negeri Kedah measuring approximately 120 acres ("Land") into mixed development of residential and commercial properties ("Project") upon all terms and conditions stipulated in the JVA.
