The Board of Directors of Sentoria is pleased to announce that the Directors have on 26 January 2016 proposed a final single tier dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share of RM0.20 each in Sentoria for the financial year ended 30 September 2015. The proposed dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement and payment dates shall be finalised by the Company at a later date and annouced in due course.
