The Board of Directors of Sentoria ("Board") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sentoria Bina Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 477814-V) ("SBSB") has on 22nd March 2016 accepted the Letter of Award from H.A. Properties Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 161498-X) ("HAPSB") dated 21st March 2016 ("Letter of Award" or "LOA") for Main Contract of the Design and Build including Sales and Marketing of the proposed development of 75 acres of government land situated at Jalan Kuantan-Pekan, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan and State of Pahang Darul Makmur in accordance with the terms and conditions of the LOA at a total contract sum of RM90,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Ninety Million only) ("the Proposed Project").
