The Board of Directors of Sentoria ("Board") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sentoria Bina Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 477814-V) ("SBSB") has on 22nd March 2016 accepted the Letter of Award from Grinterra Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 259491-M) ("GSB") dated 21st March 2016 ("Letter of Award" or "LOA") for Main Contract of the Design and Build including Sales and Marketing of the proposed 1 Block of apartment (128 units) on Lot 5241, Mukim Labu, Sepang in accordance with the terms and conditions of the LOA at a total contract sum of RM20,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Million only) ("the Proposed Project").
