The Board of Directors of Sentoria is pleased to announce that Sentoria had on 20 December 2017 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Sentoria IBS Sdn. Bhd. ("SIBS"). SIBS is a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Company Act 2016 with an issued and paid-up capital of RM2.00 comprise 2 ordinary shares. SIBS intended principal activities is General Contractor.

The incorporation of SIBS will not have any material effect on the net assets per share and earning per share, as well as the gearing of Sentoria Group of Companies for the financial year ending 30 September 2018.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Sentoria and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct and indirect in the above incorporation.
