The Board of Directors of Sentoria Group Berhad is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("19th AGM") of the Company dated 30 January 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 19th AGM held today. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn. Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
