The Board of Directors of Sentoria wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Adoption of new Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Adoption") at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") of the Company.

 

The Proposed Adoption are made mainly to update the Constitution so as to ensure compliance with the amended Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and to provide clarity and consistency with the amendments that arise from the Companies Act 2016.

 

The details of the Proposed Adoption will be set out in Appendix A of the Notice of 20th AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
