The Board of Directors of Sentoria wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll dated 27 March 2014 governing the Warrants 2014/2019 ("Warrants"), the Exercise Rights of the Warrants will expire at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 15 April 2019 (?Expiry Date?).
Accordingly, all Warrants Holders intending to exercise their Warrants are advised to submit the Exercise Notice enclosed with the Notice to the Share Registrar of Sentoria, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. at Unit 32-01, Level 32, Tower A, Vertical Business Suite, Avenue 3, Bangsar South, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Expiry Date.
The Warrants shall be delisted and removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 16 April 2019.
The advertisement of the summary of the Notice is attached and the Notice shall be dispatched to all entitled Warrant Holders on 14 March 2019.
