Further to the announcements made by the Company on 6 September 2011 and 9 January 2013 in relation to the above matter, the Board of Directors of Taliworks wishes to inform that the Board has been notified today that by the Order of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Court of First Instance under the provisions of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32), Mr. James Wardell and Mr. Jackson Ip of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Restructuring and Recovery Limited located at Suite 1704, 17th Floor, 625 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong have been appointed as the Joint and Several Liquidators of Taliworks-IBI with effect from 29 October 2013 pursuant to the said Order. The above appointments will not have any material financial and operational impact on the Group. This announcement is dated 22 November 2013. | |
