The Board of Directors of TCB wishes to inform that Mr Lim Chin Sean and Mr Vijay Vijendra Sethu have resigned as members of the Remuneration Committee on 2 July 2015. Simultaneously, Mr Soong Chee Keong and Raja Datuk Zaharaton Binti Raja Dato' Zainal Abidin were appointed as members of the Remuneration Committee on the same date. Consequent thereto, the composition of the Remuneration Committee of TCB with effect from 2 July 2015 is as follows:
