Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Placement. On behalf of the Board of TCB, we wish to announce that the Company had on 7 September 2015 received an approval letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time of six (6) months from 17 September 2015 to 16 March 2016 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Proposed Placement. This announcement is dated 8 September 2015. |
