The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of TCB and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of TCB at the address as per the Record of Depositors of TCB within eight (8) market days from 9 November 2015. Entitled shareholders of TCB are not required to take any action. The application for the listing and quotation of the Warrants will be submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad after the completion of the share split exercise. The Warrants will be listed and quoted two (2) market days upon receipt of the said submission by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 26 October 2015. |
