BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

TALIWRK - Notice of Book Closure

1) Share split involving the subdivision of every two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held at 5.00 p.m. on 9 November 2015 ("Entitlement Date") in Taliworks Corporation Berhad ("TCB") into five (5) ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in TCB ("TCB Shares") ("Share Split").

2) Issuance of up to 241,929,369 free warrants in Taliworks Corporation Berhad ("TCB") ("Warrants") on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every five (5) existing TCB shares held in TCB after the completion of share split ("Free Warrants Issue").

Kindly be advised of the following: 

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - All” as from: 5 November 2015
2)  The last date of lodgment: 9 November 2015

Remarks 1):- "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 11 November 2015 with share split TALIWRK shares of RM0.20 each. Any shareholder who is entitled to receive TALIWRK share split shares, may sell any or all of his TALIWRK shares arising from the share split beginning the Ex-Date (5 November 2015). 

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 TALIWRK shares on cum basis on 4 November 2015, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 9 November 2015. As a result of the share split, 250 TALIWRK shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 9 November 2015 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the share split shares of 250 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 5 November 2015 onwards." 

Remarks 2: The TCB Shares shall be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 11 November 2015 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to all the entitled shareholders of TCB within four (4) market days after the Listing Date. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 26 October 2015.

Remarks 3: The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of TCB and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of TCB at the address as per the Record of Depositors of TCB within eight (8) market days from 9 November 2015. Entitled shareholders of TCB are not required to take any action. The application for the listing and quotation of the Warrants will be submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad after the completion of the share split exercise. The Warrants will be listed and quoted two (2) market days upon receipt of the said submission by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 26 October 2015.
