We refer to the announcements dated 22 July 2015, 7 August 2015, 26 August 2015, 27 August 2015, and 26 October 2015 in relation to among others, the Free Warrant Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that the Board has on 5 November 2015 fixed the exercise price for the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Free Warrants Issue at RM1.70 per Warrant.
The exercise price of RM1.70 per Warrant represents a premium of approximately 18.9% over the closing ex-price of TCB Shares after the Share Split of RM1.43 per TCB Share on 5 November 2015.
