The Board of Directors of Taliworks is pleased to announce the recommendation for the declaration and payment of a final gross dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share less income tax at 25% in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of Taliworks at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The date of entitledment and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced in due course. This announcement is dated 27 February 2012. | |
