| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Taliworks Corporation Berhad (“TCB”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (“26th AGM”) dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed at the 26th AGM of TCB held earlier today. All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 26th AGM. The result of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by TCB. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment. Ths announcement is dated 22 May 2017. |
