The Board of Directors of TCB wishes to inform that Tan Sri Ong Ka Ting has resigned as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee on 13 February 2018. Simultaneously, Raja Datuk Zaharaton Binti Raja Dato' Zainal Abidin was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Mr Lim Chin Sean was appointed as member of the Remuneration Committee on the same date.
Consequent thereto, the composition of the Remuneration Committee of TCB with effect from 13 February 2018 is as follows:
