Further to the Company’s announcement dated 16 August 2016 and pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(24) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TCB wishes to announce that its 60% owned subsidiary, Air Kedah Sdn. Bhd. (580916-M) ("AKSB") had on 23 March 2018 received a notice dated 2 March 2018 from Registrar of Companies (“ROC”) informing that AKSB had been struck off from the name from the register of companies pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965. This announcement is dated 26 March 2018. |
