BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Board of Directors of Taliworks wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval from its shareholders on the Proposed Adoption of new Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Adoption”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Adoption is to align the Constitution of the Company with the Companies Act 2016 ("CA" 2016) which came into force on 31 January 2017, the updated provisions of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the prevailing statutory and regulatory requirements as well as to provide clarity and consistency with the amendments that arise from CA 2016 and MMLR.

The details of the Proposed Adoption together with the Annual Report will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
