Further to the Company's announcement dated 6 September 2011 on the winding-up petition on Taliworks-IBI Technologies International Limited ("TITI"), the Board of Directors of Taliworks wishes to announce that TITI has today been wound up by the order of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HKSAR"), Court of First Instance, under the provisions of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32) and that the Official Receiver of HKSAR be constituted as the provisional liquidator of the affairs of TITI. The Court had ordered that the costs of the Petitioner for the winding-up petition be taxed and paid by TITI (1st respondent) and Ishimaru Chikashi (2nd respondent). The winding-up will not have any material financial and operational impact on the group. The Company does not expect any additional costs from the winding-up save for the legal costs incurred by TITI. This announcement is dated 9 January 2013. | |
