The Board of Directors of Taliworks is pleased to announce the recommendation for the declaration and payment of a first and final dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each less income tax of 25% in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of Taliworks at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced in due course. This announcement is dated 27 February 2013. | |
