TALIWORKS CORPORATION BERHAD (“TALIWORKS” OR THE “COMPANY”)

PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 967,591,160 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN TALIWORKS (“TCB SHARES”) (“BONUS SHARES”) ON THE BASIS OF 2 BONUS SHARES FOR EVERY 3 EXISTING TCB SHARES HELD (“PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE”)

We refer to the announcement dated 29 August 2018 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

We wish to announce that an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has been submitted for the following:

(i)            the listing and quotation of up to 967,591,160 Bonus Shares;

(ii)           the listing and quotation of up to 161,265,160 new warrants 2015/2018 in the Company (“Warrants”) to be issued arising from the adjustment to the number of Warrants which may be made pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue; and

(iii)          the listing and quotation of up to 161,265,160 new TCB Shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the new Warrants.
