The Board of Directors of Taliworks Corporation Berhad (“TCB”) is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 14 September 2018 was duly passed at the EGM of TCB held earlier today.
The resolution was approved by way of poll at the EGM. The result of the poll was validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by TCB. The details of the poll result is set out in the attachment.
This announcement is dated 1 October 2018.
