BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

Reference is made to the announcements made by Taliworks on 21 August 2018 and 27 August 2018 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Taliworks wishes to announce that on 24 May 2019, Sungai Harmoni Sdn. Bhd. ("Sungai Harmoni"), the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into the following agreements:

(i)  a termination and settlement agreement with Air Selangor and Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd ("SPLASH") in relation to the settlement of outstanding receivables due from SPLASH arising from the existing Operations and Maintenance Agreement dated 24 January 2000 for the operations and maintenance of SSP1; 

(ii)  a bulk water supply agreement with Air Selangor in relation to the appointment of Sungai Harmoni for the operations and maintenance of SSP1 and the supply of treated water; and

(iii) a raw water abstraction agreement with Air Selangor in relation to the abstraction of raw water from the relevant raw water source for SSP1.
