BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 26 February 2018, the Board of Directors of TCB wishes to update that Taliworks Meruan (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd (“TMSSB”), a 60%-owned subsidiary, had held its final meeting of the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up (“Final Meeting”) on 22 August 2019 to conclude its Members' Voluntary Winding-up.

The Liquidators will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver a return of the holding of the Final Meeting (“Returns”) and of its date with a copy of the account attached to such Returns, within seven days from the Final Meeting in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act 2016 (“the Act”). TMSSB will be dissolved on the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Returns by the Liquidators pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act.
