The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce a third interim single-tier dividend of 1.2 sen per ordinary share on 2,015,817,574 ordinary shares in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2019, to be paid on 25 February 2020 to the shareholders of TCB whose names appear in the Register of Depositors of TCB on 28 January 2020.
