We are pleased to announce that SCB has on 27 December 2019 issued ABS MTNs of RM665.0 million in nominal value. SCB is an independent special purpose vehicle established to undertake the securitisation of the receivables due to SHSB under the Termination and Settlement Agreement dated 24 May 2019 entered into between SHSB, Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn. Bhd. and Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn. Bhd.
RAM Rating Services Berhad has assigned a preliminary rating of AAA for the ABS MTNs. CIMB Investment Bank Berhad is the sole Principal Adviser, Lead Arranger and Lead Manager for the ABS MTNs.
