Further to the announcements made by the Company on 30 March 2011 and 10 January 2013 in relation to the above matter, the Board of Directors of Taliworks wishes to inform that PGH has received a Civil Ruling issued by the Sichuan Provincial Higher People’s Court on 1 July 2013 whereby the appeal by PGH was dismissed. The decision of the Court is final. The decision of the Court is not expected to have a material financial impact on the financial results of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
