Further to the announcement made by the Company on 30 March 2011 in relation to the above matter, the Board of Directors of Taliworks wishes to inform that PGH has received on 10 January 2013, a Civil Ruling dated 24 December 2012 ("the Ruling"), issued by Deyang City Intermediate People’s Court ("the Court"). The Court has dismissed PGH’s claims and in view of this, PGH will bear the case handling fee of 66,047 yuan and verification fee of 15,000 yuan. If PGH refuses to accept the Ruling, PGH may within 15 days from the delivery date of the Ruling, submit an appeal petition to the Court and to appeal to Sichuan Provincial Higher People’s Court subsequent thereto. The Company will make further announcement(s) if any material decision is made on this matter. The decision of the Court is not expected to have a material financial impact on the financial results of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
