BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 30 June 2011 in relation to the above matter, we wish to update the Exchange that Puresino Guanghan had on 27 August 2012 received the decision in respect of the above from the Sichuan High Court. The details of the decision are as follows:-
(i) The Defendant shall within 10 days from the effective date of this judgment repay the Plaintiff RMB3,215,000 with interest (the interest shall be in two portions (a) interest amounting to RMB388,002.05 for the period from 1 January 2009 to 31 May 2011 and (b) interest on the loan principal sum of RMB3,215,000 to be calculated based on the corresponding base lending rate as quoted by the People’s Bank of China for the period from 1 December 2011 until the date of settlement of the loan).

(ii) If the defendant fails to carry out its obligation to pay the Plaintiff within the period as specified in the judgment, pursuant to Clause 229 of the People’s Republic of China’s Civil Procedure Act, the Defendant shall pay twice the amount of interest payable to the Plaintiff for the default period.

(iii) The cost of legal proceedings amounting to RMB45,522 (comprising of the first (1^st) trial court fee of RMB40,522 and other related fees of RMB5,000) shall be borne by the Plaintiff and the Defendant in the proportion of RMB5,922 and RMB39,600 respectively.

(iv) The second (2^nd) trial court fee of RMB4,230 shall be borne by the Plaintiff and the Defendant in the proportion of RMB530 and RMB3,700 respectively.

The decision of the Court is not expected to have a material financial impact on the financial results of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. The Defendant will take steps to apply to the Court to utilize the sum of RMB3,500,000 which had previously been frozen by the Sichuan Deyang City Intermediate People’s Court as part settlement of the above Civil Suit.
