The Company is pleased to announce a first interim single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share amounting to approximately RM10.079 million in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025, to be paid on 30 June 2025 to the shareholders of TCB whose names appear in the Register of Depositors of TCB on 4 June 2025.
