We refer to your letter dated 14 August 2000 in respect of the following sentence which appeared on page 2 of The Sun, SunBiz Section on Monday, 14 August 2000: -

"VADS seems confident that it will achieve RM80 million in revenue this year."

and wish to inform the Exchange that VADS Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has confirmed that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, they are confident in achieving the RM80 million by the end of this year.

We refer to the above news article appearing in The Sun, Sun Biz, pages 1 and
2, on Monday, 14 August 2000, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence
which is reproduced as follows:-
"VADS seems confident that it will achieve RM80 million in revenue this year."
