Reference
is made to the announcement dated 8 September 2009, ARREIT wishes to
announce that the Management Company of ARREIT has been changed from
AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd to AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn
Bhd with effect from 7 September 2009.
The following are the Board of Directors ("Board"), Board Committees,
Chief Operating Officer, Company Secretaries and Registered Office of
the new Manager, AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd. Attached are the
profiles of the Board of Directors, Board Committees and Company
