We refer to the announcement made on 9 July 2009 in relation to the Proposed Appointment.

Investment Bank Berhad ("MIDF Investment") wishes to announce that the
Securities Commission ("SC") has approved the Proposed Appointment vide
its letter dated 4 August 2009 (which was received on 7 August 2009)
subject to the following conditions:
i) MIDF Investment is required to notify the SC upon completion of the Proposed Appointment; and
ii) ARRM is required to submit an
operational audit report to the SC within six (6) months after its
appointment as the management company of ARREIT. The appointment of the
auditors and scope of work shall be subject to the SC's clearance.
