With reference to the articles in the Business Times dated 29 March 2011 titled "Khazanah shortlists 3 for stake in Pos" and in Malaysian Reserve dated 30 March 2011, titled "Pos Malaysia's strategic partner yet to be known" quoting as follows:

Business Times dated 29 March 2011

"The three are DRB-HICOM Bhd, Nationwide Express Courier Services Bhd and a joint venture between Amanah Reit Bhd and loss-making Malaysia Pacific Corp. Bhd." and;

Malaysian Reserve dated 30 March 2011

"It was recently announced that Khazanah has shortlisted three bidders from the initial five, DRB-Hicom Bhd, Nationwide Express Courier Services and an Amanah REIT-Malaysia Pacific Corp joint-venture, to buy its 32.2% stake in Pos Malaysia, with offers ranging between RM3.38 and RM4.62 per share."
