- Appointment of Investment Committee Member

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.43(1)(l) of the Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT wishes to announce that Mr Vasantha Kumar Tharmalingam has been appointed as an Investment Committee Member with effect from 11 February 2011.

The current composition of Investment Committee after the change are as follows:-

a. Datuk Yahya bin Yaacob;
b. Tengku Dato' Seri Hasmuddin Tengku Othman;
c. Encik Mahadzir Azizan;
d. Tuan S. Elias Abd. Rahman Alhabshi; and
e. Mr Vasantha Kumar Tharmalingam.
