The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the management company of ARREIT ("Manager") had requested for a suspension in the trading of ARREIT's units with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on 2 September 2010 pursuant to Paragraph 16.03 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market Listing Requirements pending an announcement of a material corporate exercise involving the acquisitions of properties.

The request for suspension in the trading of the units in ARREIT was made under Paragraph 3.1(b)(ii) of Practice Note 2 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements on Requests for Suspension.
