Jerry Jesudian, the Manager of Compliance and Legal Department, joined AmanahRaya Investment Management Sdn Bhd ("ARIM") in October 2008, a company which is involved in fund management and unit trust business and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amanah Raya Berhad.

He is responsible for the company secretarial functions of ARIM.He presently acts as Company Secretary for a few Labuan Offshore Companies of AmanahRaya Group.

Prior to joining ARIM, he was in secretarial practice providing compliance and advisory on corporate secretarial issues.
