The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd ("ARRM"), the Manager of AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust wishes to announce the appointment of Encik Adenan bin Md Yusof as Chief Operating Officer of ARRM effective today.

Encik Adenan bin Md Yusof replaces Encik Abas bin Abd Jalil who resigned as Chief Operating Officer of ARRM also effective today. Encik Abas bin Abd Jalil has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of ARRM with immediate effect.
