We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals, the latest of which was on 31 March 2010.

On behalf of the board of directors of AmanahRaya - REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, ECM Libra Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had via its letter dated 31 March 2010, approved the listing and quotation of up to 159,731,544 new units in AmanahRaya REIT to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement, subject to the approval from the unitholders of AmanahRaya REIT on the Proposed Placement.
