MIDF
Amanah Investment Bank Berhad ("MIDF Investment"), on behalf of ARJMF,
is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission ("SC") vide its
letter dated 14 July 2008, which was received on 15 July 2008 , had
approved the Appointment.
The SC's decision on the above is subject to the condition there are no
conflicting reports arising from the assessment of Tuan S. Elias Abd.
Rahman Alhabshi's application. MIDF Investment, on behalf of ARJMF, is
required to inform the SC on the effective date of the Appointment
within two (2) weeks from the effective date of the Appointment.
