- Compliance with Public Shareholding Spread Requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.15 of the Listing Requirements

The Board of Directors' of AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("ARJMF"), the Manager of AmanahRaya REIT had on 14 March 2008 announced that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("BURSA") had granted an extension of time up to 24 August 2008 for AmanahRaya REIT to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement.

ARJMF wishes to announce that as at 27 June 2008, AmanahRaya REIT has complied with paragraph 8.15(1) of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements in relation to the public shareholding spread requirement which states that a listed issuer should have at least 25% of its issued and paid-up capital in the hands of a minimum of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.

The level of the public shareholding spread of the Company as at 27 June 2008 was as follows:-

Number of Public Shareholders- 1,143

% of public shareholding spread- 28.14%

With this announcement, AmanahRaya REIT has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement ahead of the deadline granted by BURSA.
