MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad ("MIDF Investment"), on behalf of ARJMF, is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission ("SC") had vide its letter dated 23 June 2008, which was received on 24 June 2008, approved the Proposed Appointment.

The SC's decision on the above is subject to the condition that there are no conflicting reports arising from the assessment process of Puan Sharizad Binti Juma'at's application.

Further to that, MIDF Investment, on behalf of ARJMF, wishes to announce that the Proposed Appointment is effective on 24 June 2008.
