The Board of Directors' of AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("ARJMF"), the Manager of AmanahRaya REIT wishes to announce that as at 15 April 2008, AmanahRaya REIT's precentage of public shareholding spread stood at 24.17% which does not fully comply with Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the public shareholding spread requirements which states that a listed company should have at least 25% of its issued and paid-up capital in the hands of a minimum of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.

Announcement Details :

The public shareholding spread of AmanahRaya REIT as at 15 April 2008 was as follows:-

1. Percentage (%) of public shareholdings 24.17%
2. Number of Public Shareholders holding not less than 100 shares 1,174


ARJMF as the Manager of AmanahRaya REIT proposes to take the following steps to comply with the required public shareholding spread:-

Bursa Malaysia had on 10 March 2008 approved the application for extension of six (6) months from 25 February 2008 until 24 August 2008 for AmanahRaya REIT to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement.
