The Board of Directors' of AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("ARJMF"), the Manager of AmanahRaya REIT wishes to announce that as at 25 February 2008, AmanahRaya REIT's percentage of public shareholding spread stood at 24.11% which does not fully comply with Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the public shareholding spread requirements which states that a listed issuer should have at least 25% of its issued and paid-up capital in the hands of a minimum of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.
The public shareholding spread of AmanahRaya REIT as at 25 February 2008 was as follows:-

ARJMF as the Manager of AmanahRaya REIT has on 29 February 2008 applied to Bursa Malaysia for an extension of time of six months until 29 August 2008 to comply with the required public shareholding spread. The decision from Bursa Malaysia is still pending.
