Third Interim Income Distribution of 0.2563 sen per ARREIT unit for the period from 1 December 2007 to 31 December 2007. Withholding tax will be deducted for distribution made to the following types of unitholders:-

- Residents individuals (Withholding tax at 15%)
- Non-resident individuals (Withholding tax at 15%)
- Resident institutional investors (Withholding tax at 20%)
- Non-resident institutional investors (Withholding tax at 20%)
- Resident Companies (No withholding tax. Subject to corporate tax prevailing rate at 27%)
- Non-resident companies (Withholding tax rate at 27% for Year of Assessment 2007)
