Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of AmanahRaya REIT, wishes to announce that a unitholders' meeting of the AmanahRaya REIT will be held at Ballroom, Mezzanine Floor, Hotel Equatorial Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday, 26 October 2007 at 10.00 a.m. or at any adjournment thereof for the purpose of seeking the unitholders' approval for the resolutions as set out in the notice of unitholder's meeting dated 11 October 2007 ("Notice"). A copy of the Notice is attached herewith for your attention.
