Subject to the approval and the resolution of the Board of ARJMF, we may, as we deem fit with the view of avoiding any dilution of the earnings of the existing unitholders resulting from the impending completion of the second injection for ARREIT, exercise our right as manager for the ARREIT to vary the interval of the relevant Distribution Period in which the 100 million new units are proposed to be issued to fund the second injection for the ARREIT.
