Further to our announcement dated 24 August 2007, AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("ARJMF"), as the manager for ARREIT, has decided to retain the expiry of the First Distribution Period as at 30 June 2007 and hereby announce that:-
(a) the Distributable Income in respect of the First Distribution Period is RM4,360,800.00; and
(b) we intend to distribute the Distributable Income mentioned in (a) above on 16 October 2007, a date which has been resolved by the Board of ARJMF.
This announcement shall supersede our announcement dated 24 August 2007 insofar as the extension of the expiry o the First Distribution Periods is concerned.
